A sole proprietorship, as the name implies, is owned by a single natural person; Muhammad Syazwan bin Badrulhisham. Alma Skills Development Resources was founded in 2019 by En. Syazwan and colleagues.

Alma Skills Development Resouces is an institution that offers advisory and a motivator in the field of education to ensure the growth, and empowerment of quality youth in the country.
